Jin is a city boy sent to work and sort of manage Dao’s neighborhood. Dao on the other hand is a tomboy who constantly gets into trouble and usually doesn’t have too many manners. They meet the day Jin is driving to the neighborhood and get off to a horrible start. His job is to better the neighborhood and he is determined to do so. Dao has an older brother who is actually in the city working for Jin’s mother in the flower shop. Many little troubles occur in the neighborhood and they all have to somehow find a way to handle it, especially with Dao and her little assistant continuously cause trouble as well.
